1. Watch all three Labor & Delivery 101 videos. (Pro tip - grab a pen & paper before you start so you can write down your questions.)

2. Schedule your Birth Planning session with Nurse Natalie.

3. Schedule your additional 30-minute private sessions with Nurse Natalie every two weeks.

4. Walk into your prenatal appointments and delivery informed about your options and ready to communicate with your care team!
